Many of us struggle at times with stress in the workplace and managing our emotions. As humans, we experience a wide band of emotions, but we can feel constricted to a fairly narrow band of feelings that are “appropriate” or “professional” to display outwardly in a work setting. 

Taking a pause to be able to choose to respond to overwhelming emotions can be helpful. 

Here is a one-minute guided meditation as well as a six-minute guided meditation that you might consider using to take a pause and regroup when you are feeling overwhelmed at work.
